As you all know about the new cool animations and features of the Android 5.0 Lollipop release.A new Messenger app was added to the OS.
The messenger app of Android 5.0 Lollipop is a leak from the leaked version of the firmware from the upcoming Nexus 6 .Installation of this app does not require root ,so if you are ready to lick the taste of lollipop then you should definitely try out this.
Step 1: Enable “Unknown Sources”
First of all go to Settings-> Security, then tick the box next to Unknown Sources and press OK.
Select Unknown Sources
Step 2: Install the New Messenger App
From your Android device,Go to this link http://www.mediafire.com/download/vcxvezpcnidxuge/messenger.apk
Press OK on any file type warnings and finish downloading the installer.
Press the downloaded file…
After downloading you have to install this installer.
Step 3: Set ‘Messenger’ as Your Default SMS App
Now you have to set the messenger as your default messenger app .Go to the vertical 3 dots on the right top corner and go to General settings.
From there select “Set as default app” and press YES on popup…..
Step 4: Let’s lick the Lollipop….
Messenger has a awesome interface, and adds a sense of beauty to your messaging app. A new Floating Action Button allows you to compose new messages easily from the app’s main screen. You can swipe left or right on any message group to archive it, and headers within each message thread attempt to match the recipient’s contact photo.
